Depending on your interaction with our store, we collect the following information:

• Order and transaction details: products, selected options, order history, payment status, and information relating to deliveries, returns, refunds, or payment disputes.
• Personalization details: names, wording, images, or other material you provide for a custom product.

Please provide only the information needed for your order or inquiry. Do not send full payment-card details or sensitive identity documents by email.

We use information to receive, prepare, personalize, and fulfill orders; process payments and refunds; arrange shipping; provide order updates and customer support; maintain accounts where available; protect the website and prevent fraud; and maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Our customer email communications concern orders, service, and account matters. We do not currently operate a promotional newsletter. We obtain permission before using identifiable customer information or customer photographs in our marketing.

03Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe. We receive transaction information needed to manage an order, such as payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details. Stripe processes payment and other information to provide its services, authenticate payments, and prevent fraud.

04Disclosures to Other Parties

We disclose relevant information to payment providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, and providers of hosting, website support, and communications as needed to operate our store. AG FORMA does not sell customer personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement describes our practices; service providers may also process information under their own privacy policies. Our providers may operate in the United States and other countries.

Our checkout and customer accounts are intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.
